This service is suitable for people who are after a complete ‘done for you’ property buyer’s agency service. We use banded flat-fee model, as opposed to the industry standard percentage model. It includes an upfront fee (to engage our service) and a success fee (payable on contract exchange).
This service includes the following:
- A tailored property search including on-market, off-market and pre-market properties
- Inspecting and shortlisting of properties
- Property due diligence
- Assessing the current market to determine the expected selling price in the current market
- Negotiation (or attending the auction as required)
- Support during the settlement process
- Access to a client portal

Unlike the full buyer’s agent service, this service applies to a single property only.
